Living The Glugster Life…..

Ok, so the Notebook is a definite no-go. It has crunched it’s last byte.

In the mean time I have set up a desktop PC so that I can at least continue with my work. I also made a trip to the computer store to transfer all the data on the Notebook’s hard drive to a hard drive that I can read on the PC. So, effectively, I haven’t really lost much, expect time and patience.

I’m currently looking at quotes to get a new Notebook. I’m thinking of getting something with Windows 7. Yes, I know. I live dangerously.

In other news, we attended the 27Dinner last night at Primi, Design Quarter. It was great fun and it amazes me how many people we know these days. And we are still meeting new people every time!

Compared to the last 27Dinner, this one was great. There was enough place for everyone to sit. Everyone got fed. Everyone had a great time. Well done to the organisers.

Ok. Back to work. I have a bit of catching up to do!
